OUR COCKTAILS
Our cocktails are created in our unique BARTERROIR style. This is the influence of the soil, geography and climate on our local ingredients as well as the collaboration of the people that live here and our four pillars that inspires us – Oceans, mountains, fynbos & vineyards.
Our CAUSE | EFFECT LABORATORY is where we experiment and create drinks for all our cocktails kitchens. Join us for our 3 course drink service style which starts you off with a fynbos Spritz, followed by Experiential drinks and ending off with a vintageafter- diner drink. Pop in at one of our bars to have a unique terroir experience.
